Rob Davies
Rob is the operational lead for the Construction Industry Training Board in Wales and has built up extensive knowledge and expertise in Apprenticeships, workforce development, and Qualifications. With CITB’s labour market intelligence and active company engagement, Rob is able to provide valuable insight into what the Construction industry skills needs are now, and what it needs for the future.
Rob is also chair of the CCRSP Construction Cluster Group which is comprised of key employers and stakeholders across the Construction sector. Through Rob’s leadership, the group plays an active role in shaping the post-16 qualifications landscape for the Construction sector and makes a positive contribution when addressing skills gaps and shortages faced by employers.
